PBR: Brown to address managed service companies

Chancellor Gordon Brown flagged up he intended to 'address avoidance and the rules governing managed service companies' in his Pre Budget Speech.
The speech is still continuing and more details are expected to be available later. Hardhatter will be reporting all issues affecting small businesses in the construction industry.
